The ePUBLICATION WATCH SYSTEM or ePUBWATCH SYSTEM is an easy-to-use, web-based Postal Service application. The ePUBWATCH program allows registered publishers to record subscriber complaints in a single database, and for repeated delivery problems, provides publishers a method to request a PUBLICATION WATCH electronically to a participating ZIP Code, as an ePUBWATCH, rather than submitting a hardcopy PUBLICATION WATCH, PS Form 3721. This provides the Periodicals industry with timely feedback from USPS delivery units on subscriber complaints, and provides a centralized source of information to assist the Postal Service, working with the publishers, to pinpoint systemic delivery problems and improve service through the system's Complaint Resolution Worksheet function. The ePUBWATCH SYSTEM is a valuable tool for Periodicals mailers and the Postal Service in our mutual efforts to improve service and customer satisfaction. |
